The PTA has included a line item in the budget for Room Reps. Each classroom will have a $50 budget for both parties. It is encouraged to make a list of any party decorations, items for games, and prizes that are needed for the two parties—and then send out a SignUpGenius to your classroom parents.

Classroom Budget
- Approved items for reimbursement would be:
- party games
- craft activities/supplies
- party prizes
- room decorations, etc.
- Store suggestions to check out are: Dollar Tree, Party City, Michaels Craft, Joann Fabrics, Target, Oriental Trading Company, Amazon, Five Below, etc.
- Please submit your receipts to Marsha Mitchell for reimbursement (do not forget to use the attached Tax-Exempt Letter and fill out the PTA Expense Voucher)
